MISSION

The Center for Missional Leadership is a 501c3 non-profit Christian mission mobilization and resource organization, whose purpose is “to engage people in a lifetime of mission.”

VISION

For the U.S. church to become boldly missional in its identity, beginning at home and taking the gospel of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth in both word and deed. As vessels of grace, gratefully, we demonstrate the gospel and the love of Christ, becoming an attractive witness of His grace in the world. The gospel demonstrated in grace ultimately opens the door for reception of the gospel.

Finally, at this point in our nation's history, our vision and hope is to see the American church become a leader "for" the world, not a leader "of" the world.

PRACTICE

We are an evangelical Christian 501c3 non-profit organization whose focus is:

o To Live Out the Mission of God by His Grace.

We live for the mission of God, as demonstrated by our Savior Jesus Christ. We work through His missional people as everyday missionaries with the gifts that have been entrusted to us, supporting each other with our prayers, presence gifts and service. As fallen human beings, grace is required as we move forward in mission.

o To Proclaim the Gospel by Demonstrating the Gospel.

We advocate and demonstrate the belief that “life is mission.” The whole Bible is a missionary book and the story of God’s ongoing mission to the world, and it must be used for daily application. God’s Word, His grace, and our obedience to and dependence upon Him will offer representations of the gospel to others in everyday mission.

o To Encourage the Acceptance of the Missionary Core Identity of each Believer.

Our desire is to bring all glory and honor to Jesus Christ by obediently demonstrating His gospel in daily life. We are passionate about having the primary identity of being a “missionary” for the gospel of grace, regardless of the everyday vocation we might have.

OUR WORK

On an ongoing, daily basis, we equip the body of Christ through THE MISSION ALLIANCE with Global Short-Term Reciprocal Mission, ST mission curriculum, WorkLife coaching, missional publications, life planning, Style of Influence™ S.O.I. and 360° Leadership assessments, MISSION MAGAZINE, financial and material resources, and by intentional demonstrations of love and service through integral, holistic mission.
