Our 360 Degree SGL Programhelps leaders identify and affirm their spiritual gifts. Through this process, leaders will have their spiritual gifts affirmed, and learn from their peers how to implement their God-given spiritual gifts, abilities and experiences to serve more effectively in leadership and mission. GRACE CENTERED LEADERSHIP
Every leader is in need of continuous improvement and development of leadership skills. Our "grace centered" leadership and development solution is designed to improve relationships, motivation, missionality, stewardship, performance, and advancement of your mission in leadership of the home, vocation, church and community.
In this seminar, you will learn what it means to be both a "consumer" and "dispenser" of grace as you develop leadership in your mission. This workshop includes both community and field training in a global missions context, and can be customized to your needs. GCL is a program that addresses maturing and experienced leadership.
LEADNOW
LEADNOW was founded in 2004, and is our flagship program that focuses on spiritual leadership and missionality in young adults. LEADNOW teaches young adults (ages 18-28) how to live out a "life of mission" regardless of vocation vocation.
This program includes field training in a global missions context, and can be customized to your needs. LEADNOW is a program that addresses the development of young adult leadership and the stewardship of life.
