LEADNOW was founded in 2004, and it remains our flagship discipleship program for young adults (ages 16-22) that focuses on spiritual leadership and missionality. Since then, over 350 participants have taken over 25 short-term mission trips to 8 countries.
LEADNOW teaches young adults how to live out a "life of mission" in any future vocation. This program includes field training in a global missions context, and the short-term mission trip and discipleship program can be customized to your individual and organizational needs.
LEADNOW is a program that addresses young adult leadership and the stewardship of life by focusing on the foundational identity of the "missionary," regardless of their intended vocation. The daily devotionals and events used by participants at LEADNOW while on short-term mission will allow young adults to advance in their leadership skills, and serve the church more effectively upon their arrival back in the U.S.
