MISSIONAL INFLUENCE AND STYLE- ASSESSMENT AND APPLICATIONS
MISAA is a 2-Part professional assessment and training tool that: 1) Gauges individual Styles of Influence (SOI), and
2) Measures focus on available mission through the Mission Assessment and Application profiles (MAA).
The MISAA can be used to evaluate either influence or focus on personal and organizational mission.
By using an objective assessment Style of Influence (SOI) questionnaire, paired with the Mission Assessment and Applications (MAA) and professional consulting, The Center for Missional Leadership works to create a common understanding and language that will enhance organizational or business performance for individuals and organizations engaged in business, organizational and Christian mission as a whole.
Organizations rely on a network of people, each with their own strengths and limitations, to achieve sustainable growth and positively impact the mission they are engaged in. By using MISAA, individuals are trained to self-manage around their instinctive behavior and to contribute positively to the organization in whatever role they may play within the organization.
Team leaders learn to empower team members to meet organizational objectives. By understanding individual styles and behavioral preferences, leaders are then able to clarify expectations for each individual and/or employee, and maximize each individuals contribution to the everyday mission that the individual and organization is engaged in.
MISSA assessment, profiles and coaching are included with as a Full Partner Membership in the CML Association. MISAA can also be used and implemented to varying degrees without full partner membership in the CML Association, but at a non-discounted, non-member price.
MISAA is a roadmap for gaining insight into people, igniting passion for their work, and influencing their everyday mission field.
