To develop your individual leadership style and your team's contributions to it's mission, we use two standard assessments and development tools:

       1)  Style of Influence™ (SOI) - Gauges individual styles of influence
            for individual and group applications.


       2)
  360° Leadership Profile™  - Profiles how effectively teams are 
            leading within their mission.

Team leaders learn to empower team members to effectively meet organizational objectives.
